Waiting for the next thing can take patience, yet instead, all you’re feeling is excited anticipation. Anticipating what is coming next can be so exciting. You know it’s coming. It’s just around the corner. That new opportunity is in the air. That sense of anticipation has you full of excitement, joy and hope. It’s going to happen, you’re absolutely sure. You just don’t know what or even when, but that’s all part of the anticipation. Romans 15:13 NLT “I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.” We should each be filled with this type of confident hope. Overflowing with enthusiastic hope. Joyful, hopeful and at peace because we know, deep down in our knowers, that God has a plan and a purpose for us. After all, God IS the source of our joy, peace and our excited, confident hope.
