I saw a quote from Zig Zigglar today that was so on point. ‘Sometimes when things are falling apart, they may actually be falling into place.’ For those of you aren’t aware, Zig Zigglar was a famous motivational speaker and often quoted author who knew that when we have faith, we will always have something that we can depend upon.
Psalm 91:14-16 MSG “If you’ll hold on to me for dear life,” says GOD, “I’ll get you out of any trouble. I’ll give you the best of care if you’ll only get to know and trust me. Call me and I’ll answer, be at your side in bad times; I’ll rescue you, then throw you a party. I’ll give you a long life, give you a long drink of salvation!” If. Two little letters that are very important. If is defined as a condition or a supposition; a hypothetical situation. ‘If’ means that we have a choice. Choose to depend on God, because He is there, waiting to have a relationship with us. When things appear to be falling apart around you, talk to God about the situation. When things appear confused and not working right, we just might find that we are stuck in reboot mode. Reboot and update by plugging into God, and get a fresh new perspective. Faith, it’s all about staying connected to God.
