Someone I know recently asked how many more levels are we going to have to go through before the four horsemen show up? Any day now would be the most logical answer, yet the Word of God tells us quite clearly that we will not know the day or the hour (Matt 24:36). Suspicious maybe, thinking we hear hoof beats around every corner ... well maybe, and yes, it definitely could be, the signs are all around us, except we also know that we will not know the day or the hour. We should always be ready, anticipating the arrival of that Glorious day, but ... we just won’t know beforehand. Whether we are pre-trib, mid-trib or post-tribulation believers, we all know that God’s plans will be revealed at the appropriate time. Until then ... these words should carry us through whatever ‘level’ we have to muddle our way through as we head towards the finish line.
2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 TPT
“Now may the Lord Jesus Christ and our Father God, who loved us and in his wonderful grace gave us eternal comfort and a beautiful hope that cannot fail, encourage your hearts and inspire you with strength to always do and speak what is good and beautiful in his eyes.”
May God’s promises encourage each of us to keep leveling up, so to speak. May Jesus’ promises inspire us to keep our heads up and our hearts open as we keep chugging along, tackling our day to day leveling up situations. May these same promises instill within us with the strength and the hope we need to keep speaking good things, beautiful words of love and encouragement to one another, as we all keep leveling up. ‘The end is near’ seems a lot closer that it did a few months ago, but until then ... keep leveling up. God’s got a plan.
