Love is universal. It is an instrument of communication that transcends language. We are made, we are created, for love. We exist for the betterment of one another in relationship with and through the love of Jesus.
John 13:34-35 MSG
“Let me give you a new command: Love one another. In the same way I loved you, you love one another. This is how everyone will recognize that you are my disciples—when they see the love you have for each other.”
It’s all just window dressing until we love like Jesus. Talking a good talk isn’t enough. Doing good things isn’t enough. Having good intentions isn’t enough. Jesus is enough.
Jesus gave us a command. One way to love. ‘Love one another as I have loved you.’ That’s reality. Love like Jesus. Love one another without hesitation, without expecting anything in return, without reservation and conditions. Love.
Jesus in us is love. Everywhere we go we carry Jesus with us. Every person we touch is touched by Jesus in us. Every heart that is impacted is impacted by Jesus in us. Love like Jesus, so that others will recognize Him in you.
